Joensuun Elli
Joensuun Elli is a limited company that produces, maintains and rents out student housing in joensuu. Our tenants are students at the university of joensuu, the north karelia polytechnic, or other post-comprehensive educational institutions in Joensuu.
Our housing units are situated in over 30 locations around town, comprising a total of 1760 flats. Half of our housing units are in the centre of town or its immediate vicinity. We house over 3500 students and family members. We offer housing that is safe, reasonably priced and suitable for the student's life situation, and we offer it for the whole duration of the studies.
