For each flat there is a storage for storing movable goods in the attic and a cold cellar in the basement. The storage place for outdoor recreation equipment is in the basement.
Air-raid shelters:

The tenants can use the laundry room in the Koulukatu 30b building; the key can be picked up at our customer service; see booking a laundry time.
