The buildings are located in Kanervala, in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. See map.
Lift:
There are no lifts in the buildings.
Parking:
In the courtyard there are 55 parking spaces, 14 of which are in a carport. The spaces are equipped with electric plug sockets for heating. Book a parking space
Storage:
The storage places for outdoor recreation equipment are in the storehouses, and so are the storages for movable goods belonging to the flats.
Air-raid shelters:
There are no air-raid shelters in the buildings; see the rescue plan (in Finnish pdf-format).
The sauna:
The sauna is at the head of building F. Book sauna session
Laundry:
The laundry room is in the service building of the old part; see booking a laundry time.
Ellinet:
The internet connections of the buildings have been implemented by means of the ADSL and Ethernet solutions. See Ellinet connection.
TV and radio:
The buildings are connected to a cable television network (Elisa).
Waste disposal:
There is a waste collection shed in the courtyard; you are expected to sort your mixed waste, organic waste, and paper and cardboard waste.
