During office hours, you can inquire about a possible spare key from our office free of charge. Outside office hours, our maintenance team will handle the door unlocking.
Be prepared to prove your identity and, if necessary, your right of residence.
The door unlocking fee is 20 euros on weekdays from Mon-Fri, 8 am to 4 pm. Outside these hours and on public holidays, the door unlocking fee is 40 euros. You can pay for the door unlocking with a bank or credit card on the spot, or we can send you an invoice later. An additional charge of 10 euros will be applied for a separately sent invoice.
