If you use a bank account other than Osuuspankki, the rent must be paid manually without an e-invoice. In addition, you need to request a new e-invoice from Joensuun Elli Kodit Oy.

Osuuspankki Customers:
The October rent invoices have been successfully sent. The due date for these invoices has been exceptionally postponed by about one week from the usual schedule.

The difficulties with e-invoices were caused by technical issues related to the merger. Any delays in invoice delivery due to our side will not result in extra costs for residents. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused!
