19 reservable parking spaces in the property’s parking lot and 33 spaces in the adjacent ”Niskaparkki”. Parking reservations are made through Joensuun Elli’s website. All parking spaces are equipped with heating sockets.
Storage:
Storage rooms for personal belongings are located in the civil defense shelter of stair C. Storage rooms for apartments 25–28 are located on the first floor of stair A. The outdoor equipment storage is in the basement of Koulukatu 30 b, on the same plot.
Air-raid shelters:
There is an air-raid shelter in the building, in stair C; see the rescue plan (in Finnish pdf-format).
The sauna:
The sauna is on the first floor of stair A. There is one reservable study/lounge area connected to the sauna area. Reservations can be made via the electronic booking board or through Joensuun Elli’s website link online or via the mobile app (ELS Vision). Book sauna session
Laundry:
The laundry room and lounge area are on the first floor of stair A. Reservations work via the electronic booking board or through Joensuun Elli’s website link online or via the mobile app (ELS Vision).
When signing the lease, the tenant receives credentials for online use, and the key acts as an identifier for logging into the ELS Vision system via the info board in stair A. The washing machine will only start for the reserved user who logs in at the laundry room door.
Ellinet:
Internet connection is provided via Ethernet technology, with a maximum speed of 100/100 Mbit/s. Ellinet can be ordered from Elli’s website, for 20€/month. See Ellinet connection.
TV and radio:
The buildings are connected to a cable television network (Elisa).
Waste disposal:
There is a waste collection shed in the courtyard; you are expected to sort your mixed waste, organic waste, and paper and cardboard waste.
Materials:
All kitchens have a fridge-freezer, a stove, and space for a microwave.
Exceptions: apartments 25–28 have an induction cooktop and a separate oven instead of a stove.
All apartments are equipped with a dishwasher. Bathrooms have a connection for a washing machine, machine is not included.
Each apartment has its own supply/exhaust ventilation unit, maintained by Joensuun Elli’s housing maintenance.
