The Joensuun Ellin Kodit office located on Merimiehenkatu is undergoing a comprehensive renovation, and the company will operate in temporary premises at Muuntamontie 5 until early summer.
The nearly 20-year-old office facilities are being renovated to meet modern working and customer service needs. During the renovation, part of the office space will also be converted into a rental apartment.
The office will serve customers at Muuntamontie during normal opening hours. Services will also continue to be available through the company’s electronic channels.
During the renovation, maintenance facilities as well as a 24/7 key pick-up machine and key return box will remain in use at the Merimiehenkatu location.
