The storage place for outdoor recreation equipment is in the basement of the old part, and so are the storages for movable goods belonging to the flats in the old part. The storages for movable goods belonging to the flats of the new part are in the storehouse.

The buildings are connected to a cable television network (Elisa).

There is a waste collection shed in the courtyard; you are expected to sort your mixed waste, organic waste, and paper and cardboard waste.
