I have sent an application but only received an automatic reply. What should I do?
You should wait for Joensuun Elli to contact you. We will contact you when we are able to offer you housing. We will know available flats only about a month beforehand. If you have applied for housing, for example, from September onwards, you will get the housing offer around the end of July or later in August if there are flats available.
We will also let you know if there is something missing from your application.
Please note that the application is valid for six months and it is the applicants responsibility to keep the application valid and renew it on time. If the application is not kept valid it will automatically expire.
