If I accept an offer from August 1st, can I move in later than that?

If you accept a housing offer from August 1st, it’s okay if you arrive only in September or later in August. However, please make sure you pay your August rent by the due date, even if you arrive later. The rent is due on the 3rd, and payment details can be found in the rental agreement.
