Is heating, water and electricity included in the rent?

Heating and water is included in the rent. In all of the shared flats also electricity is included. In most other flats electricity is included as well. Only in the following housing units you need to make your own electricity contract: Eteläkatu 14, Kalevankatu 26 b, Kimpikuja 3, Kiulutie and Leilitie, Leinikkitie 4, Länsikatu 18 C, Sairaalakatu 8 and Suvikuja 8.
