Opening locked doors
To have a locked door opened, call the maintenance man on-call at +358 13 337 7200.
The door will be opened only for a person registered in the list of occupants, so be prepared to prove your identity and, if required, your right of occupancy as well. You can pay the fee to the maintenance man by creditcard or we can send bill for opening the door afterwards.
The charge for opening the door between 8 am and 4 pm on working days is 20€. At other times it is 40€. The fee must be paid by card to the serviceman. If you want a separate bill to be sent, we charge 10 euros for the bill.
If we have a spare key at the office it can be fetched there for free during office hours.
