I have ordered ElliNet and the connection type is ADSL – can I bring my own ADSL modem from my home country?

No – due to different technical standards ADSL modems from your home country do NOT work with a ElliNet connection. You need to obtain a ADSL modem from Finland. They are sold in different shops here in Joensuu for a price of 40 – 100€.
